About

Nero is so tired of their witch master being all bossy! Help Nero take their revenge by causing the potion to blow up.

Analyse the potion recipe and add all 4 ingredients into the cauldron so that the last potion’s state goes out with a bang!

Meow to play

  On each level you have 4 ingredients on the shelves, a cauldron with potion in it and a list with potion instructions.

The potion has different parameters:

-       Color: the color of the liquid inside the cauldron;

-       Surface: the surface of the liquid inside the cauldron; it can have either bubbles, waves or circles;

-       Rune: the rune drawn on the front side of the cauldron.

The list with potion instructions shows what will change in the potion when you add the ingredient. The left part of the equation describes the initial state of the potion and the right part of the equation describes the resulting one.

Example:

Red + Mushroom = Yellow

If the liquid inside the cauldron is red and you add mushroom to it, it will change to yellow. If the liquid inside the cauldron is not red, adding mushroom to it will not change anything.

Another example:

Yellow Waves + Cone = Green Bubbles

This rule describes two situations:

-       If the liquid inside the cauldron is yellow and you add cone to it, it will change to green.

-       If the surface has waves and you add a cone to it, it will change to bubbles.

The last rule of the list with potion instructions indicates the state of potion that will cause it to explode if the potion is in this state at the end of the level.

Your mission is to put all of the 4 ingredients into the cauldron in the correct order.

If after the last ingredient was added into the cauldron and the cauldron state equals the one described in the list of instructions as an explosion, congratulations – Nero wins! Witch won’t be happy about this.

Notice

Note from developers: Unfortunately we did not have enough time to add an ending screen, settings menu and an Undo button for the levels. These features will be implemented in scope of post-jam fixes.

The art its lovely and its impressive that you guys manage to do it in only two days really good work. If you guys manage to improve visual clarity and fix the impossible puzzles itll be a blast ^^

I don't know how to do second last level but a fun puzzle game overall!

Amazing ART! and the core mechanic of the game seems fun just hard to memorize everything

The game is gorgeous! I think it'll help to have visual feedback of the explosion(even a simple explosion sprite), it's not always obvious when you win. I loved it tho!

I think the second to last puzzle is impossible.  You can't change the color, and one of the ingredients prevents the explosion if you use it with the original color, because it creates a surface that can't be changed to the one that causes the explosion.

I love the art! But the game needs to give the player the chance to replay a level he failed. It is kind of hard to know when you win if the game just continue when you fail.
